  Activation of the following events:

• Power UP!
• Creature taming rate +2%

Deactivation of the following events:

• Weapon & armor enhancement rate +5%
• Skill card enhancement rate +5%

Update notes:

• The skill Rally can now be refreshed using the Scroll of Refresh
